Shasha Network
Shasha Network is a web-based platform equipping young people across Africa (ages 16-24) with soft skills and personal development. Due to the lack of early career support in Africa, approximately 9 out of 10 students in secondary school will fail to transition to tertiary education (context: there are 54 million secondary students across Africa). The limited capacity for career advancement leads to a vicious poverty cycle. Through partnering with corporates, foundations and trusts, learners receive free access to online courses in self-leadership, mentorship, career awareness and personal branding.
